With our ongoing quest to supervise and manage office cleaning more thoroughly than our competitors, Calabash managers and supervisors use our bespoke app daily to monitor cleaning standards and update health & safety information / training.


Each office has a personalised login code. This allows for quality checks on tasks completed to be captured on-site by the supervisor / manager using our mobile app. These audit checks are uploaded and presented in a simple report with supporting comments, corrective actions and recommendations related to specific office cleaning tasks.

Client comments are noted on the app and actioned. The email is sent if a report contains recommendations. An opportunity exists to provide written feedback on a particular audit report – a copy of which gets emailed to supervisors in charge of the site. This feedback loop provides supervisors and clients access to any questions or comments.
